Under the "Evidence of Innocence" part you'd want to put any screenshots, witnesses, etc that can attest to your innocence in the situation. In this case that would be anything you can provide that may prove that your internet crashed.

I wanna note something for staff. If someone randomly leaves after a slay without no conflict then you should wait 5 minutes at the least to see if they'll reconnect. I've banned RDM & Leavers pretty fast before, but I'd recommend waiting a bit before doing so. Either way:
