I remember this happening if you have a controller. I know of no fixes, try looking it up on google "Garry'smod controller crossair fix"
There is a command but i havent a clue what it is. @Yatty should know, he helped others in past threads.
Like secret mentioned. Using the command hud_draw_fixed_reticle 0 in console should turn that off for you~ This turns on when you have a controller plugged in while on garry's mod.
