Why you should be unbanned:

I feel as though some of the reasons why I should be unbanned is for a number of reasons involving a bad call from a moderator.​

Evidence of Innocence:

One: The reason why I was banned was for Rdm+leave. Why I left was I had an incoming baseball game at 1:00 PM. I formally requested in-game that the moderator Trustworthy, remove my slay which would lend me access to leave without punishment of something that I didn't do, but was ignored as there was no response, so then unfortunately, I had to leave as I could not serve my punishment.
Two: The reason why I was slayed was because of "Accidental Rdm", but Rdm is a strong word in this case. Rdm means Random Death Match, but the word death is not in the victim, but for me instead of accidentally shooting near his head as me thinking he was a supposed terrorist which was called out in the building without letting me get a good look at his name. So in the "victims" case, it was just him being frightened by the incoming bullet coming toward his head when it was not really meant for him, but for a traitor called out in the house on 67th way instead.

So, thats the reason why I want to be unbanned. I'm sorry Trustworthy, but that was a bad call on your part.​

You admitted to RDM this player, and then i acted on that by slaying you because accidental RDM is still RDM.

I would recommend that you read the rules on our server.

Question:
You do realize once you're slain you're not allowed to leave without getting banned?
What's to stop you from doing this in the future?

I dont think you read my post. I had to go to a baseball at 1:00, I even explained that I had to leave, and formally requested that you un-slay me so I wouldn't get punished because I know of the servers way of punishing people (Which is slightly BS), but thats besides the point. Also, I didn't mean it was RDM on my part. I meant to say he RDMed me, as he didnt give me a chance to explain myself in time, which in turn left me in a pool of blood, and the "victim" unpunished. The action that I did was an accident and the bullet merely grazed his head not hitting him, and which gave him an instinct reaction to shoot me, which then lead me to shoot him to back off, but he had the upper hand. TO answer your questions, one is in the beginning, and the other I will answer now: Whats to stop me from RDMing people is to not do it at all, which in this case, it wasnt truly RDM, as it didnt lead the person to his death. I highly find the dmg rule to be a little BS and ask the moderators on the job to ask then act.

 

Based on your reply, you show no remorse or understanding of the current rules in place or why you were slain. I suggest you take the time of your ban to read over the rules and put them into play when you are able to get back on the servers.
