Why you should be unbanned:

Simply because I was not in the wrong. Avalon has banned me for RDM and Leave w/ no staff, this is a false ban, All my kills were valid and every report filed against me I had replied.​

How am I supposed to provide evidence for something I did not expect to happen.​

Thank you for your patience. You were banned for 8 hours for RDM with no staff online. I had come onto the server to staff and there was a report against you that hadn't been investigated

When looking through the logs, I noticed that, between you and The Real NoSwagger, you had fired first, as seen here.

It was, on this information, that I decided to slay you. But upon slaying, this message came up saying that you had disconnected.

Since no staff were online when this RDM occured, I banned you for RDM with No Staff Online. I will allow you time to respond to the evidence given.

 

I had disconnected since if you look Realswagger was actually mass RDMing and I had shot to kill him at which point player that blank reported me climbed the tower putting there head in the way. This ban is invalid.



If you look here you will see that Realswagger started shooting a bunch of innocents without reason I then shot and damaged Realswagger then tommy (who was the person who reported me) then proceeded to kill swagger.

 

@Disruptionz is your admin so im going to tag him, as for your blatantly obvious false ban as I proved my innocence with your picture of logs. Maybe you need some more training big boy.

 

Maybe you should not be rude so that this appeal can be done with quicker? Improve your attitude. Mistakes happen very often, but I'm sure you're aware of that.

 

After discussing with Sinz what transpired, we've come to the conclusion that it was indeed a crossfire situation, and the fact that you fired first wasn't of pertinence to what occurred. Therefore, this appeal has been APPROVED, you have been unbanned from Vanilla, and the ban has been voided as well. Thank you for filing this appeal, and have a good rest of your day.
