I really Like The Server A lot But I Really do mean it. But all my offenses Are because the cords of my computer have been chewed on and taped together and sometimes mid Game my computer shuts off if my brother hits it, i hit it with my foot, or my cats. (my cats are the reason My Comp Is like this) I and Give Photo evidence if needed for this appeal i really like west 2 i have 21 hours on the server for the names MLGxPrism And EBG MLGxPrism But anyway i really love the server i will do anything to get back to west 2 photo evidence etc.. I will have to gather my evidence later. But I will say when you left the server while slain I checked your steam account and found you were connected to a different server via the IP showing when hovering over the Join Game button. I don't have a screenshot of that because it was steam overlay but I'll provide screenshots of the report and leave when I'm at my computer next

It makes more sense to go ahead and give your verdict since that will at the very least change the offense of my ban if you approve

 

I'm glad you like the servers, but your current actions are not matching what you're saying. The 5 offences of RDM and Leave against you have all occurred within 3 months. If your computer has these issues and it occurs on a slay round, you can log back on and contact the admin/moderator who is on at the time and explain the situation. They will then decide whether or not to unban you and let you serve your slay(s). Since this is your fourth offence, with a fifth offence not even a week later, I'm going to deny your appeal to my ban and leave this open for Noctorious since you are looking to be unbanned from West 2. I do recommend posting your evidence so that @Noctorious can view it and come to a final verdict.

 

Noct pointed out that I did not add any evidence to my verdict. Here is the log of your killing of innocent player Oat. You did not ID any other bodies and he did not do any previous damage to you. If you have any evidence that proves you did not RDM him, let me know.

Hello @MLGxPrism665, I'm the mod who banned you for rdm and leave 5th offense after seeing you had a current RDM and leave fourth offense that was handled above.

I banned you for RDM and leaving on your slay round. In the MOTD it states that if you are slain you MUST remain for the ENTIRE round you are slain on. I'm saying this because I find your computer turning off story hard to believe due to my checking of your steam account after you left.

You were slain for shooting a player 0 seconds into the round with a HUGE when that player had not shot a bullet and could not have done any traitorous acts previously. I only happened upon this even though you weren't reported yet because I was going through the logs to find additional evidence against the ghoster I had banned upon joining.

I explained why you were being slain and you responded in voice chat with something along the lines of "that makes sense" and did not argue against the reason for the slay nor provide any more to the story. You were mature about accepting the slay and later you were reported and responded that you were already going to be slain for it.

I was also reported and slain because my gmod glitched and it told me I only had one T-buddy and my other T-buddies did not have indicators over their heads, and thus I killed one on accident so we were slain to serve our slays together.

Unfortunately, you left shortly before the round ended. After checking your steam account to see if you had crashed, and seeing that you had another active ban, I had to place an RDM and Leave ban on you when you did not return by the middle of next round. I could not wait any longer because I had to leave for class.

This is the part that is complicated. As a moderator I cannot ban over 8 weeks. Because of that you were only banned for 8 weeks currently, but a 5th offense of RDM and Leave should be a 16 week ban and most probably globalized at admin discretion. Given that less than a minute would have been the difference between not being banned, and being banned for 4 months, as well as your general acceptance of the slay and maturity in handling it, I am willing to unban you. BUT I will not be voiding your appeal, this means that if you are banned again for RDM and Leave in the next 4 months (3 months from when Pika's ban will expire) it will be 6th offense of RDM and Leave which will be a 32 week global ban from all TTT servers I HIGHLY recommend before you rejoin the servers you read this advice:

• Find areas of your computer that turn off the PC and either fix them or barricade them so that you, your brother, and your cats will not accidentally bump into them and turn off your PC.
• Watch the clock. Make sure that if you decide to play a round you have at least 30 minutes to play so that you have time for that round plus one more in case you have to serve a slay.
• Do not random fire close to the end of pre-round or at all if the pre-round countdown is not working. I would suggest stopping firing at least 6 seconds before the round starts so that if you lag close to when the round starts it does not continue to fire at the beginning of the round and cause RDM.
• Ask the staff online if you are OK to leave before disconnecting, don't play another round after they give you the OK to leave and expect to still be OK to leave. It may take a couple of tries to reach the staff on a busy server, but use admin chat and give them time to scan through damage logs to make sure you haven't accidentally RDM'd. This is especially important if you have any feeling you might have or might be accused of RDMing in the past 6 rounds.
• Re-read the MOTD and Extended Rules. Knowing what is or is not allowed will help you avoid RDMing in the first place.
• Do not leave during your slay round. That is considered RDM an Leave and any staff online receives a notification immediately when you do.
• If you have a smart phone or other internet connected device and you are for some reason disconnected during your slain round or before you were slain IMMEDIATELY come to the website and post in shoutbox explaining what happened, and what server you were on. Hopefully someone watching the shoutbox will notify the staff on your server so that you may have some extra time to recover your connection and return. This will give you extra time but does not mean you can serve your slay at a later date unless the staff member who was on your server allows it.

My part of the appeal will be ACCEPTED after you respond acknowledging that you have read through my response.

 

Yes I have Read and i have Taped My Cords and all my stuff but how my comp is setup my foot could Easily pull out my cords . But i thank you for accepting my appeal if you need Photo evidence ever again i can try to send pics through my phone and i will fav this site on my google on my iphone so i can explain and i was shooting my huge and i didnt check the time and yes i did hurt that guy but not on purpose and i knew i had to accept my slay but it happened and i will remember next time to shout out what happened. and Pika I was Completely Unaware of this i swear it had to be my brother i will question him when he gets back to school.
