Why you should be unbanned:

I would've taken slays if I had any at time of leave.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I'm not sure why I was banned from both East Servers for 56 days, but I'm sure it has to do with me killing a person and not sticking around for 5 rounds so that I could take the late slay.

If I had slays at the point of leave, I would've taken them, but I didn't.

If my ban is revoked, then I will gladly take the one slay I probably had.​

 

I believe this highlights the problem with staff/enforcement, as I've said before.

Slays are not dealt with promptly and people leave the server without thinking they have broken a rule. I've been slain as late as 4 rounds after an rdm and I've seen many players go free for rdm when it was clear as day. Not trying to rub anyone the wrong way or point fingers because I don't care/know who to point at, but this is ridiculous and has been this way for a while now.

Does this include traitors dying by c4?

I know I accidentally killed a guy "tykenhom" or something twice, but both were purely accidental and one kill was justified.

 

You can not and will not be held responsible for traitor buddy deaths caused by your C4. There is an obvious marker and a minimum of a 45 second timer for a reason. This also applies to tripwires and additionally, death stations detonated as a result of an innocent.

I just don't understand how it was my fourth offence of rdm. Not like I purposely went out and mass rdm'd or killed people for the hell of it. Whatever, man.

Thank you for making this appeal. @Zigles and I were the admins present when this event occurred. You were originally banned for a report made on round 4, which mentioned that you killed the player by mistake. This caused @iTzFishaa, the Trial Mod present during the time, to ask for a slay on you. However, since you had left the server, he had mentioned that you needed to be banned. I chose to ban you due to this. This verdict changed after further investigation and we have found that this report should have been found invalid due to the 5 second grace period and that this was an oversight on our end. We would like to apologize for this mistake and will be unbanning and voiding your ban from your record. Apologies for the inconvenience and I hope that you will continue playing on our servers. You have been unbanned from our servers and may play on them again.
