Lets keep this short sweet and simple.

Spoiler: Panzer False KOS

You had called a KOS on PanzerShrimp but he had done nothing prior to the KOS so I slayed you once.

Spoiler: T Menu

Regardless of whether or not it looks like they are in a T menu, you cant kill them for that.
It was your second offense of RDM so I slayed you 2 times.

Spoiler: Malfunction Mishap

You had shot someone with a DB or Double Barrel with a Malfunction Pistol (normally a smart move) but in this case you ended up killing one of your T buddies which gave you your third RDM which warranted the ban.

Based on how the last one was accidental and you had good behavior on the server today, I will be accepting and voiding your ban.
