Why you should be unbanned:

Because there was no report filed against me, Or to my knowledge, that would get me banned for 5 days. By the looks of things I was banned for no reason. I came on one afternoon to see I was banned. ​

Hello Max,

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write this Appeal. As Pandora has so swiftly mentioned, I have Banned you for your First Offence of RDM and Leave. This Ban was given to you whilst playing on the EU server last night, when you left the server with an active Report filed against you.

The player ALANIS GAMER, reported you on the grounds that you killed him for no reason, and that you were both Innocent. The Report, which can be seen below, shows that you did indeed fire at this player with a HUGE. Although you cannot see it in this image, but by scrolling down in the Logs I found that you did kill him, and ALANIS GAMER never fired back at you.

As you can see, your response to that Report was that you thought ALANIS GAMER had shot you first earlier. Because of your statement, I made a thorough look through the Damage Logs and Shot Lists to see if I could find any occurrences of the player in question damaging or shooting at you. After I had made a thorough look, I could not find any such occurrences. As such, I found the Report filed against you to be Valid. However, as I went to give you 1 Slay for one count of RDM, I noticed that you left the server.

Because you left the server before I could issue the Slay and before you could serve it, I had no choice but to wait one Round for you to come back before issuing you the Ban. You never came back, so I unfortunately had to.

As this is your First Offence, and you have otherwise a clean history, I have decided to Accept this Appeal and VOID your Ban.
