Mass RDM Ban Appeal

I was banned after killing a T and an Innocent on 67thway.

Why should you be unbanned: The ban was unfair. I was unable to state my case before I was swiftly banned.
Evidence of innocence: I walked out of the house to see someone in the distance shooting, who also walked over an Unidentified body. I have been killed on the Serious TTT servers a few times for walking over Undentified bodies myself, which I'm sure is a killable offense. Acting on that knowledge, I fired at them, walked closer and kept them in my sights as they waltzed around the Inno that was also there. The T walked closer and fired a harpoon at me so I shot and killed him. The inno, who was only a few feet behind the T I had just killed began shooting at me, and walked over the Unidentified body as well, so I killed them, thinking they were a T as well. I was slain then banned for "Mass RDM" by Killamarshall {CoNL} before I could even respond to the RDM report. I feel I was unjustly banned.

 

you probably did more than kill those two people, because mass RDM means at least 3 counts of RDM (normally in one round). keep in mind that any damage as an innocent for no reason counts as RDM, so if you hit someone with a crowbar or something that round then that would count just as much as if you killed him. if the situation you are describing is true, then you were likely banned for something else, because those are both perfectly legit reasons to kill someone. maybe you got banned for something that happened a few rounds ago, because staff generally have to handle several reports at once, and it might have taken them time to get to a report against you.

anyways whether you get your ban lifted or not is up to the person who banned you, killamarshall. he will give his side of the story and then decide whether to unban you or not. if he keeps the ban then we still have 2 other servers you can play on.

 

That was literally my first round in about a week or so. I was afk most of it eating. The first thing I did outside of sitting in a corner of a room in the house, was shoot those two people. Then I identified the two bodies of the people I killed, and the unidentified they walked over. Then I was slayed and banned immediately after.
