I was banned for rdm and leave, which is true. but in my defense i kinda have crappy internet and i had to leave because i was lagging really bad and i know that no one is going to believe me, but it's worth a shot​

Hey machspd, thank you for Appealing this ban that I've placed on you. I'll be showing you exactly why you were banned to have it on record as well as giving my verdict on whether you will be unbanned or not. So let's get right to that, shall we?

When you were a Traitor, you killed a teammate of yours by the name of Shadow with a discombobulator. Had you stated you warned and I got conformation from a couple of T buddies, this would have not been RDM. But, this was not the case. So I had issued a slay on you for one round.

During your slay round, I was notified that you had left the server while slain. In case you didn't know, we consider leaving the round you were slain as RDM and Leave in our Community.

You claim that you left because you were lagging really bad, and while I completely understand that lag is very annoying it's always best to contact a Staff Member in @chat and ask if you can leave before you go to ensure you don't get banned for RDM and Leave. In the future, I recommend that you do this.

However, due to the fact that this is your First Offense and I believe that you are telling the truth, this Ban Appeal will be Accepted. I will not be voiding the ban however, so if you receive another ban for RDM and Leave it would be counted as a Second Offense and not a First.
