Well, its obvious that @LuckyDRC hates me, has made that clear since that whole ordeal before. However, he was harassing a player named Sex Ferguson, and even at one point called a false kos on him at the beginning of the round out of spite. Just in general, he is a player who likes to cause problems, and needs a stern warning. @Phoenix Nelson was there, he can back me up

 

You have made it very clear you hated me. I can recall when i got you repromended. And the next day i asked you if you didn't like you because of it. Your words were "yes, I really do hate you LuckyDuck, you fucking got me repromended you fuck up" as i recall. You wot m8. I'm pretty sure mods are supposed to show respect to all their players no matter what the situation. You also gave 2 rounds slay for 1 false KOS because you said I "deserved it" so. Yea.

 

I'm only commenting because I was Beastly's Admin. Do you have evidence?

 

First off, never dropped an F word to you, second, I took off the second slay, and third, I said to you that even though I don't like you, I will still handle all reports with you with no bias, and also, you have gone out of your way to mess with me

 

It was mostly over voice chat because it's a faster way. But remember that time i got Beastly repromended. Yea everytime I'm in a game with him he always responds to me with spite in his voice and i was explaining my case. (was not yelling or anyting) and he gagged me for a round because he "didn't want to hear it"

 

Oh and yes you did drop the F bomb. I've become real good at remembering words on this server for times like these.

 

Honestly, if there is no evidence or witnesses either way, this is a dispute of words and nothing can be done about it.

I've been here and lucky duck has been telling me how he got beastly repromended and how he is a "Shitty" mod and that he has history with beastly. Since i got on a player sex furgeson rdmd lucky duck and He took a slay and that should have been it. Lucky duck went on to progressively harrass furgeson and call a false kos as a detective seconds before the round started, he said "I don't care i know what i'm doing I'll take the slay kos Sex Furgeson".

 

I feel quite victimized because i was not the only one "harrassment" why are you only pinning it on me. And yes i do think Beastly is a shitty mod. Players opinion. I live in Canada. I have rights up here. and i took my slay(s) gave me 2 because i "deserved" it

 

Btw how come I got no "Happy birthday" make me sad.

 

Not only did he do a false KOS on me, he and Kalvin called me an 'idiot' on multiple occasions. After the first rdm I did on him (Which was a mistake) I said sorry and took the slay, he then broke rule No.2 on the Motd by calling me a 'Dumbass' and a 'Faggot' (He has called me a faggot at least 5 times)

 

I called you an idiot because you rdm'd luckyduck for having the same weapon that someone got shot with which is rdm the second and last time I called you an idiot was when you said "stop calling me an idiot" in which I replied "Then stop being an idiot."

 

Honestly, this has become a case of he said, she said on both sides and I suggest this topic be locked.

 

As Mango recommended, I'm going to lock this topic here for now, since no one has been able to provide any further evidence of harassment, either of staff or by staff.

My recommendations for future such occurences:

Beastly, as staff, we'll often have players who don't like us or even seem to downright hate us due to what they perceive to be false slays, bans, or not slaying someone they think RDMed them. Just remember, even if it sounds personal and probably IS personal, don't take it personally. Act like your a bot. Player: "WTF STUPID MOD WHY YOU SLAY ME FUK U DEMOTE DEMOTE" You: "By shooting that Detective as an innocent you have broken rule 9 of our Innocent/Detective rules. You will be issued 1 slay for said RDM. Case closed, have a nice day!"

Well... you get what I mean. If the player continues to be rude/pick on you, to the point where it would be considered harassment, get evidence (screenshot/demos/videos), and follow the harassment guidelines. If you're unsure if it constitutes as harassment, consult an admin+

I've found that if you ignore them/talk factually to them instead of arguing back, either they'll a) get bored and give up or b) keep doing dumber and dumber things until you have enough evidence to ban them.



As for you Luckyduck, if you have an issue with any staff members, you can either a) make a report on these forums, or b) if you are uncomfortable doing so talk to an admin+. If other players are harassing you, obtain evidence and contact a staff member. However, harassing our players/staff is not cool, and you will be appropriately punished if it continues.
