Karma ban led to a mistake​

Evidence of Innocence:

I don't have evidence of it, but the logs should show why I was banned. I had a slay on me and my karma dropped to low. Because of this I was karma banned. Which led to the mistake that I performed an RDM + Leave. (Which my first RDM + leave happened with the same mistake) This is the second time I was karma banned with a slay on my head, and it resulted in a simple mistake.​

 

Do you know the staff member that was online at the time? It would help to get them in here. I don't know how a staff member could check adminstats to see an offense count, but not see a karma ban, but it happened.
