Yeah entering/leaving a traitor room is traitorous (unless you're a detective). Also using the teleporters from the traitor room are considered traitorous (like all of a sudden appearing on gunstore rooftop on 67thway). I would recommend using good judgement though, if someone is clearly stating they gained entry to the traitor room, they are most likely innocent. Yes you will still have the right to call KOS on them and kill them but this is a game where we use our judgement and experience to help us win. If you kill another innocent, then you're jeopardizing your and other innocents chances of winning.
