So you can't KOS on skin, but you can if there is only 1 donor alive... But would if there are Multiple VIP's Alive and 1 Elite and the Elite has a model in the Elite group Model The VIP's couldn't be this skin because it's strictly for Elite... What can happen in this situation?
If the Elite is confirmed dead and the other Elite is alive and using the Elite Model, you can KoS on that Model. If the Elite and a VIP is alive, you cannot KoS off any VIP or lower skins because it can be the Elite wearing one. The pointshop is supposed to disable skins and perks gained from higher tier ranks when they expire, so they should not be in any other skin unless they have access to them. However, it is strongly encouraged to not get a habit of KoSing on skins in these rare circumstances because you will eventually make the assumption that you can end up RDMing someone because you thought someone was ID'd, found dead, or forgot they had access to the skin.
