Hello,

I woke up today to see that i was timeout from the server when i was AFK for points, nothing unusual, i rejoin the server to play and i see that i am banned for 5 DAYS, i wondered what did i do ?, i got to the shoutbox and asked why, Falcor told me that she banned me for RDM&Leave 1st offense, what?, i did not RDM anyone and i never left the server, Falcor started a converstation and gave me the proof that i rdm and left, turns out i did not.

I called Traitor on someone and killed myself in-game and people said that it's a false kos, and someone killed him and he reported me, alright i could be slain but i did not leave ! i woke up to see the i Lost connection to the server, but i did not leave!

That's what i saw in the console, i never left, maybe i got directed to other server ?

I really like this server and i don't want to be away for 5 days.

Hi Kook, Thank you for taking the time to appeal. I have discussed this with you earlier. But let me reiterate.
You KOSed and innocent player

As you can see you did call a kos on innocent, which did cause his death. Although you did not RDM anyone yourself, calling a kos on an innocent even if accidental and it being the cause of there death, is RDM.

Here is where you were slain, and you immediately disconnect afterwards. With your fairly clean history, I was expecting a speedy return and gave you a round to come back. In case of human or computer error. Then I could explain to you why doing so is in fact RDM. Unfortunately I banned you on East and not EU so your copy and paste of you being afk does not have any relation to this incident. Unless You have a screenshot of console at the time, I can not accept this.

I will now wait for your response to see if you have any further evidence that you did not in fact leave. Thank you again for taking the time to appeal this ban.
