Rejected Killing someone for GBA if there is a person next to them that has a active KOS

Do you think that this should be a rule in Serious TTT?

    If there is someone with one or more active kos's by detective or other you should be able to kill the person/persons next to him since it just makes sense that they would be a fellow traitor. Just like if you do nothing about someone killing people it is considered GBA this should also be considered GBA.

    Since following KOSes is not mandatory, and since not everyone is able to keep track of all KOSes at all time, this rule wouldn't make sense. What if I didn't notice your KOS? What if I saw the player proving themselves and you didn't know it? All these and more make it impossible to implement this.
    Sorry, but this won't happen.
