In short, no. The reason for being able to kill AFKs after overtime is that they may be a traitor delaying the round.

• If you are a traitor, killing your AFK traitor buddy is RDM.
• If you are a detective, killing your AFK detective buddy is RDM.

The staff member(s) online will handle situations where you may not be able to yourself.

 

No. As a t, you can kill anyone who isn't on your team, including afks.

As a detective or inno, you may not kill an afk detective.
