Khangirey's Ban Appeal

I am appealing a 5 day ban that I received for supposed randoming.

Why should you be unbanned: The image explains the situation very well however I'll preface this by saying the only reason I left, is because amidst the ranting and threatening of getting banned by (I can't remember his name) there were no admins on the server. I calmly told him that if the admins show up, I'll gladly explain my situation. I had to be someplace and I couldn't stay on my computer for longer, so I exited the game and hoped for the best. That's my explanation for the RDM and leave.
Now, for my RDM accusation. I was running into the valley which was guarded by a fence and a small opening. I proceed to watch as someone opened fire on someone else, and went on to help the victim, who to my surprise was running away. The victim jumps into my line of fire, and at the time, I believe I had an mac 10/11? Both of them died. Right as both bodies fell, I ran in to check, yet literally seconds later I was killed by a traitor at point blank range before I could get my thoughts together and a whole firefight erupted with everyone shooting everyone. The person I spoke to who was identified as the T said they didn't fire a shot, but I can't deny nor confirm this as I didn't have time to investigate as I was gunned down.
Anyways, back to my ban. I had no intent on RDMing and leaving, as I felt at the time that the admins would view my situation and examine the logs. I checked my server tab right as I was leaving

All I know is, I swapped to west 1 where it became my knowledge that you RDMed and left. If you believe you're innocent, the smartest thing to do is to take a slay, not run away.

 

With all due respect, there was no admin on, who could administer the slay and as I stated before, I calmly waited for a bit until leaving.

 

Tell you what, your ss looks like crossfire. I'll unban. But if I ssee you cause any trouble I'll call it a second offense and you'll be in for it big time.
