I'm currently on my 3rd day of a ketogenic diet Any tips from anyone who has done this? I'm past the basics. Just wanna know things like what vegetables are good (high vitamins, low carbs), meal plans, exercise, etc.
Snacking on things that are 0 carbs isn't my issue atm, I can snack on cheese and salami all day ez I'm just looking for some good recipes, calories in/out, routines, and how to get vitamins without costing you carbs
I mean it seemed like the only downside of that is nutritions and staining your fingernails when I learned as a kid.
I did do keto for a bit, but I only really focused on the low carbs part of it- I honestly probably had too much protein in my diet. Ate a ton of hot wings. I did it for a month and a half would recommend if you have the will power, too many carbs up here to resist
Down to about 225 as of a few days ago. Late July I was 245, but hoping to get down to 220 before school starts
