Why you should be unbanned:

On the map Train_2 (i think it was called) i threw an discombulator to get an T out of my "Cell" and someone was standing on the roof so for some reason they falled off. Then i got an slay k normal i get it But. at the next map when i was connecting my internet crashed/got too slow so i got an 5 day ban Yay. Plz Unban me​

As you have said, in the report you damaged and killed a player with discombobulator. You threw the discobom inside the train which pushed a player of the roof above you, causing them to take fall damage and then killing them as they were stuck behind the train. Since the slay was issued at round 6, your slay would begin on the next map.

But as you say, your internet crashed while connecting to the server, although you would have been loaded into the map to have the slay issued to you.
Although I will give you the benifit of the doubt and unban you, but I will not be voiding it.
