There happened to be an incident that happened not too long ago where my traitor buddy "warned" that he was jihading even though all he did was say he was jihading as he was jihading. Then in the report he said he warned multiple times so the mod did nothing about it. Should this man receive a slay?
As long as he warned and provided sufficient time enough to let traitors to get out, it's not RDM. However, if the person warned and jihaded at the same time, it's not entirely sufficient enough to get out. But do keep in mind that sometimes, we have to mark some reports as word vs. word due to lack of evidence to prove that there was sufficient time for people to move after the person warned.
