Okay now i think what the MOD did was abuse of power so ima start from the very start. I was worrking on a APP that i got denied for as a admin to become a mod. And Rice told me not to Comment or write anything untill i have more hours so im like cool ima do it and work my butt off. And right also told me this Your hours on our servers (all 7) only amount to 10 hours. I will have to hold out on making any comments until you have more playtime. Also try to get in hours through our other servers, as there are different and more complicated situations to learn.

So i was like cool lets do it and I am not a Rdmer yes i makes mistakes some times and rdm when people call out Kos on that guy when there the traitor to throw me off. So one round Pleb was getting called KOS and i was down stairs and he filled out a report on me i told he im sorry and i stayed untill the next round. Before the round was over Fox Imed me about game night i even have the chat logs so i was like cool. So (i stayed until the next round as the admin was going to slay me. I got slayed and left to attend to game night and we played CH and board game and when i came back to get on the server i was banned. I dont get why i was banned for rdm and leave as i didnt kill someone and leave the server i stayed the round and took my punishment.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Fox was there and the people who was there at game night like pyrion and a few others and fox told me to go to the fourms and fill out a ban appeal.

He will reply at his earliest convenience. From what I can see the slay shouldn't have been issued if this was the case.

If the only response to the report was "I'm sorry" then the slay was justified as damage logs don't show KOS's so it is the reported player's responsibility to inform the mod of the KOS in the response.

It is a rule here in the MOTD that you must stay the Entire round you are slain or it is considered RDM and Leave. If you left as soon as you got slain and before the round you were slain in ended than that is why you were banned.

I also fail to see how your app had anything to do with this situation.

 

Isn't it the Staff's responsibility to investigate claims and confirm with players? We know they get frustrated sometimes and won't always give us an adequate enough response. Sure, we punish based on what someone might say. i.e 'I thought he killed someone' and if they didn't kill anyone then we'd slay, but if they said 'He was shooting' (which is the same situation, but just worded differently) then we wouldn't slay. Just because he was feeling apologetic does not mean he was in the wrong. If there was a KOS and as you said, we cannot prove there was a KOS nor can we prove that there wasn't a KOS, we would have to then confirm with other players if there was one or not.

I don't know Tinbuster's real motive for the slay, but if it was for the response to the report then I'm correct to say the slay should not have been issued unless properly investigated.

Also, I spoke with the appealing player, and you misinterpreted him saying "I got slayed and left to attend game night". He implies that he "got slayed(served his slay)" and then left to game-night after doing so. Whether this is true or not is based on Tinbuster's response.

 

Okay this is what hurts me Noctorious I love this server and i read the rules and i want to keep playing on this server. The thing that gets me is Popstar understands what i ment by the slay and left to attend game night. I even explain to Popstar in chat and explained to him what happen and and you take parts of my report and try and turn it into something different. I have been on every TNTT server with staff members who ban for no reason and are just rude. When i found this server and played with the players i thought to myself man this server is really cool unlike others. Ya there is some other players who join. And hey randomly RDM and then leave like Classicy Wolf and his friend yesterday. But i dont do that and Fars it pertains to my app you got that entirely wrong it does. Told by (RICE) i need more hours and also play with the players of STTT and get envloved is what i was trying to do. The mod put a slay on me i stayed for the slay and left to attend game night. Why not Ask Pyrion Fiefoe as they were there when that happen. And Ask the one i rdmed Pleb who the one reported me and the response i gave back on that report was not Im sorry i wote out my actions and said about the KOS and told him sorry at the end of the report.

From what I remember you were reported, and I put a slay on you as I couldn't find an apparent reason for you killing him in the logs and you never responded to the report. You say you did but either I completely missed it or you may have exited out instead of submitting the report. Later in the round you left.
Regardless of this I neglected to screenshot the report and because of this I will unban you and the ban will be voided.
