The idea of a Jihad sound is to be something loud and yelling. Turning up a whisper pretty much defeats the point.

It's a context thing. You might only find it funny if you are aware of the comedians Tim and Eric. Their stuff is somewhat of an acquired taste, much like a fine pizza pie. This is just a bit from one of their skits. It's kinda like a skit show, but really "out there" humor.
You can keep dumbing my posts but there's not one Jihad sound in the selection that is somebody whispering. All of them are loud, clear and coherent. Your suggestion is poor.
Moe is right, they didn't actually turn the volume up on many some hve been denied for being to quiet and not fitting -1 sorry.
