I had trouble rebinding a console key, because of a new keyboard, so I do not have a steam ID. However while playing on EU2, a player called "choker", submitted the bind shown below to chat. I do not condone it or approve of its use in any inappropriate manner. What do the rules say about this, is it discouraged or actually against the terms? Personally, I don't get offended by the swastika. Others might though. That symbol he has shown is the actual representation of the swastika and not the same one Nazis used as shown in this 3 year old kids drawing below Spoiler: kek Only would I see it as offensive is if it's being used to intimidate/offend people on purpose
Harassment: Harassment is, once again, very discretionary. Any post that makes the target uncomfortable could be considered harassment, and will be acted upon accordingly. Harassment is defined as, but is not limited to, "aggressive pressure or intimidation". ~ Extended rules
Being an ex-hindu and seeing it all the time in rituals and homes here, I personally don't find it offensive. However if someone told me they were feeling uncomfortable on the server, I'd ask the player to change it. Not really that punishable, it's the internet and kids like to be edgy.
