    "Why is Andrew KoS'ed?"

This is something that was mention in a recent report and @Voca stated about toxic but not a valid KOS

My question is WHY isn't it

The way I see it, by definition the person saying that, is stating that there IS a KOS on said person and is asking why.
and there for is a valid KOS and if it isn't a repeat then its on the person saying that statement.

The rules around Valid KoS'es states the following:
"Explicitly expresses that a player is a traitor or they should be killed in a single text or voice transmission. Partial names can be used as a valid KOS (Mango vs MangoTango). KOS/KO5/KOZ are valid KOSes."

In the report itself I never said it wasnt a false KoS, I just stated it was toxic because it can easily trick people to think he ment it.

To answer the question "Why is there a KoS on Andrew" is a valid KoS, due to you as a player stating there is a KoS on them, keep in mind that if people doesnt know who called the Original KoS you can be responsible for reapeating a KoS. Which is what this sentence is doing, its repeating and stating that there is a KoS on another player, aside from asking why.

Something like "Andrew is KoS" is a clear KoS on Andrew.

To use another scenario that is a Question and compare it to "Why is there a KoS"

Then something like "Is there a KoS on Andrew?" Would not be a valid KoS, since in this case you are asking if there is a KoS on them without stating that there actually is one, compared to the Why is there a KoS on them, where you state a KoS has already been called on the player.

So since this lead to a lot of doubting and people believing there is loops in the rules.

    Let me explain.

By saying stuff like "Why is there a KoS?" or " Who KoSed?" You are stating that there is already a Valid KoS on the player, you are not calling a Valid KoS yourself, and is therefor not in danger by asking questions like "Who called a KoS on the Detective" as you didnt call the valid KoS but simply is stating someone else has called it. - Now that should clear up the confusion about potential Loopholing.

But if its found out that there never was a KoS on said player, by the end of the round and they got killed for your statement, you are deemed to be the original KoSer, as well as its nicely shoved under the toxic gameplay category. And will be punished accordingly for RDM and toxicgameplay based on you stating there is KoSes on players that was never KoSed to begin with.

Also to clear up another thing "Is there a KoS on Player" is not a statement that explicitly says there is a KoS on said Player.
