I am wondering this because Its not very clear in the rules. Its under traitorous acts, but does that just mean its KOSable? Or does that mean its slay able? It is also under innocent/detective rules but yet again it states no real punishment. Just asking. -Pacifist
It is slayable if this false kos causes another player's death and the KOS had no premise. Edit: Unless you're a traitor of course.
If you call a KOS under no reasonable premise, then it is considered RDM. e.g. calling KOS on a traitor for doing something the traitor did not do, or KOSing an innocent on suspicion. The only time where a false KOS is not RDM is if a traitor falsely KOS an innocent.
Fun Fact: If you're innocent and you KOS yourself(false KOS) you can be killed for it. If you continuously do it, you can be slain and even banned.
And if you kos someone they have every right to kos you back so in all technicality someone could kill the other guy without killing you because well you said and he said and so its a matter of choice.
