Seeing as Bomb Rush is not a team-based fun round, yeah, you can goomba stomp people. It's a free for all. Though goomba stomping isn't the intended method of eliminating other players, it isn't RDM. I've been meaning to talk to Highwon regarding if it's supposed to be possible for goomba stomps to happen during the fun round. It may just need to be fixed.
