Answered If a players name is a Slur can I say his name?

Initially I had asked this question in the Q&A thread, https://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/if-a-players-name-is-a-slur-can-i-say-his-name.55569/

No response on it, and it has been denied. So, I'll ask it again!

If I am calling a KOS on a player named "NickGurr", will I get into trouble for this? I would say, "KOS NickGurr!"

What about if I use my traitor radio bind, which would automatically make me type out "NickGurr is a traitor!"
Would I get into any trouble for that?

 

That response you linked had been answered by me, Elvis, and Jabba. For the kos part, this is what Jabba said
"It's easy to sidestep their full names most of the time. For example, with "NickGurr", you can simply refer to them a Nick. Or another example, "Knee Grows", you could address them as Knee."
As Jabba confirmed from Elvis's response "As for saying it until then, I'm positive that staff will be lenient towards certain circumstances such as this", we will be lenient but there are other things to call them as Jabba said.
However, for the traitor bind I don't think you would be in trouble, but don't quote me on that.

 

No. Why would you? You’re using a bind on a name that resembles a slur. Only if you’re saying it out loud does it actually start to sound like a slur. Just don’t spam it and you’ll be fine and dandy

 

I'm aware the staff team should be lenient in this situation -- but SGM mods aren't known for being the best and brightest...

I want to know that I'm not going to get in trouble for using my chat binds lol.
