Upload your screenshots to your online screenshot library and then you can right-click on them and coy the link address and put them it between .

My memory is a bit foggy atm as at that point in time we had 15+ reports. I do not actually believe that I was the one who handled that report to the end, but if I remember correctly it was somthing about not calling out your t-buddy.
I would like to also point out that you got yourself to the point of 2nd or 3rd offence harassment but I did not issue a ban as I had not been able to issue all of the desginated punishments. At that point I warned you that you were being given your final warning and that your next outburst would get you a 5 day ban.(Not taking into account your admin stats.)

 

Why would his next offense of harassment get a five day ban without taking his stats into consideration?

 

I had been dealing with reports and had muted him previously, after looking at his reports and chat. He had gotten himself to his 3rd offence. Now if I am mistaken and the ban only increases after a 24h ban has been issued then I guess my words were false and I apologize.

 

It should have never gotten to the 4th offense. If you noticed the 3rd offense of harassment, and had issued the proper punishments prior, such as the mute/warn and mute for a round, then he should have been banned for 24 hours.

 

If you did not issue the designated punishments to properly warn the player, it would be hard to hold them responsible for their actions. I understand where you are coming from and I understand things can get hectic, but we must stress following each step of the punishment protocols to give the players a fair punishment.

For things like harassment, if by the time I catch it, they have harassed players twice, I count them as one, because it would be my error for not stopping it and warning them when it happened the first time.

Now, if you warned him on his first offense when you caught it and he continued 3 times after, then yes, 5 days.

 

That would be the situation.

And that's our whole conversation, I only harassed once not three times but one. So I did not harass for a 3rd Offense.

Even if the person is giving you a hard time. I'd stay calm and deal with them politely, but it's nothing too major. This is not my decision to decide rather or not this is false or not, so I will leave it to the others.

 

I think he was just saying what momo said in the rdm report.

 

Ah, I see. Thanks for clearing that up. I'm not sure if he mean't to use that against Storm or what? Could just be my perspective of the screenshot.

 

After looking at the evidence you provided, I don't see anything wrong with Storm's ban on you. You harassed first in your RDM report and continued to spam adminchat afterward.

 

I do agree that Storm's attitude was also unacceptable, but you also need to consider Momo's attitude was out of hand as well. Spamming admin chat along with using some kind language and causing trouble for both staff member who were present during the time is out of hand.

I've also had problems with momo as far as spam and harassment goes in the past. I think Storm's actions are justified in the end, but he could've approached it a little better.
