Why you should be unbanned:

Hi i was playing on your server and i threw a granade from the mountain. I didn't did that to hurt someone, i was just trying to get rid off my flame granade for a smoke granade. Someone is hurt downside and reported me but thats not the problem he have full rights to report me. Mod said you will be slain next turn and i said okay it was my fault in the beginning. Next round map changed i got slain like it supposed to before new round ends i had to leave and i thought i got killed by mod and round is almost over but when im trying to log in today it says "5 day banned" i didn't kill and run i waited my punishment and this happend :/

Hi Hydralisk,

Thank you for taking the time to Appeal, and thank you for waiting so patiently for me to reply! As RyanFTW has already stated, I Banned you yesterday evening on EU Vanilla for your First Offence of RDM and Leave.

This was because during one of the Rounds on Haven you threw an Incendiary Grenade, which caused a player's life to end. The player themselves didn't report you, but as I was checking the Damagelogs for random damage, I noticed that damage and shortly after filed a Report against you myself. Below is the Report I filed against you, as well as your response to it.

As you can see, you admitted and apologised for the mistake of throwing the Incendiary, so I issued a single slay on you for that reason. On a side not, I would just like to say, it is very nice when players are honest with when they make a mistake, so I really thank you for that Hydra.

I slayed you on Round Six of the map, which meant you wouldn't be slain until the First Round of the following map. You stayed after map change and took the slay, however, you did not stay for the entirety of the Round, resulting in a RDM and Leave Offence. I see that you still are a new player, so I am not sure if you are aware, but on our servers we have a rule where if you are slain, you have to stay the whole Round you are slain for. Because you didn't, and left during the Round, I sadly had to issue you the Ban.

Generally, Bans like these would stay. However, because I can see that you're still new to our servers and rules; and due to the fact that you made this Appeal and have patiently waited for me to reply, I have decided to Approve your Appeal. Shortly, you will be Unbanned from EU Vanilla, and I'll write in your Notes that the Ban I issued is now VOID.

In future though, please remember to stay for the whole Round if you're slain. And if you're not sure if the Round is over yet or if you can leave message a member of staff with the @ key.
