Ban times goes by x2 in most cases After 2nd/3rd offense admins will most likely intervene and make it global & longer. 5 days -> 2 weeks -> 4 weeks After that 8 or 16 or perm global depending on the situations.
Yes, bans usually double each time. However, if we see a player having minimal hours on the servers and multiple bans, it may persuade us to ban them for longer or permanently.
