Why you should be unbanned:

I got some unfair slays (I killed an innocent as a detective because he KOSed someone who he had RDMed several rounds, and that was proven by tester, Phoenix comes on and slays me unfairly), (I got shot in the back by someone with a silencer, it seemed like the guy in front of me was the one shooting me so I killed him).

What eventually led to my ban was because I left the server. The round before I left I was detective. An innocent comes up to me, shows his flair gun and silenced pistol and points at me. He has not said that he has killed any traitors, so I kill him. He was innocent, but how could I know. He does not report me, as he agrees that it hardcore t-baiting. I then had to leave, but I thought it was safe as no one wanted to report me. Then as I leave, Phoenix has apparently reported me for killing this innocent who t baited by showing his t-weapons in my face. I could not answer to the report as I had left the server. He then bans me for 5 days, when I had every reason to kill that innocent, and that innocent agrees as he did not want to report me.

So the final "RDM" from me which led to my ban was not an RDM, I could just not defend myself as I had to leave the server. The innocent did not report me, but the moderator Phoenix did just so I could get banned for no reason.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I just said why I killed the innocent which led to my ban. He did not report me after the kill, should be evidence enough.​

 

I will go ahead and tag @Phoenix for further evidence and action regarding the RDM & Leave ban that is in question here.

 

Also I apparently harassed the mod by saying that he is a bad mod, and other mods wouldnt slay me for the reasons he slayed me for. How is that harassment? Cant I think that a mod is worse than others? I also felt like he got offended when I said a bad thing about the server, like when I was joking about the server being Hitlers Reich because of the german song when the round ends.

 

And I just want to precise that killing an innocent who points a traitor gun in your face is not RDM. He chose not to report me because it was not RDM. Only phoenix reported me after I had left so that he could slay me.

I also want to add that I was unfairly slain when I was obviously RDMed, like I shot in a wall and someone far away kills me because I "shot at him". I killed a traitor, checked his body, and 5 seconds after I was killed by an innocent. It wasnt RDM because he could have been "confused" after I killed the traitor. I also got RDMed when I stood still writing to Phoenix when I got killed by a detective, because I was more interested in writing than walking 20 meters to check the unidentified body that I didnt even see. Guess what, no slay.

 

I have seen this and will respond as soon as I can.

 

Can you tell me which traitor weapon he had?

 

I will add that mods are meant to look for unreported damage, so I did not do it because I wanted to get you banned. And for future references, i'm a girl.

Acnologia, I dont find think my critic is harassment. I just stated that I believe she is a bad moderator. I never said that she is "retarded, stupid, idiot, fag" etc which is harassment.

Also, the unreported damage was unreported because the guy I killed chose not to report it, as it wasnt RDM.

 

It is not how unreported damage work, you can't ignore it because you don't feel that it was not RDM.
As with harassment, how can you say this pic is critic?

 

As for the ban itself, you will be unbanned as you had a reason to kill the person in question. Next time I will recommend you to answer to all reports to prevent this from happening again. I will also ask you to think about how you act on the server as your behavior today is not accepted on the servers.
