Why you should be unbanned:

I've got a lot of evidence that I've been being harrassed. I was unbanned, and then showed good behavior for an entire week and then was banned.​

Hey guys,

This is my second ban appeal trying to overturn this ban.

I was banned for Toxicity about 2 weeks ago now. That ban was graciously overturned which I felt strongly was the correct decision. Since then I've come under fire from many members of the community and I've reached out to a lot of admins about it. The following screenshots are photos of harassment I've been receiving on the server, and have reported to admin staff.

I could keep posting these - but here's the undeniable point. I made a mistake, but it in no way deserves an EIGHT week ban. I was infringement free for an entire week and upon my first infraction, I receive an 8 week ban.

I killed a Traitor as a Traitor. Whenever I rdm a traitor I always, without fail, offer to pay them for another T round. I have 15k points so 300 for me isn't anything. I'm sure if you had asked me, he would have told you.

I've been extremely mindful since your last warning, but this is TTT. There's a lot of human moving parts and mistakes do happen. I want to say I'm sincerely sorry and that I do my best to play fair. I do make mistakes, I do RDM, but we all do from time to time and I don't think a global ban for toxicity for 2 months is really fair. I play the server every day and I enjoy it a lot, that's why I spent money on it.

Agent A has already denied this ban before but I'm hopeful he'll give me at least another considerion. If you let me back I can promise you I'll never get slain again, but I can promise you I'll continue doing my best, that's all i can promise.

Please dont make multiple appeals. If you want to talk to Agent A about it. Send him a conversation through the forums.

 

Alright. I'm going to be honest. If you were being harassed, why don't you report them? Besides, it doesn't justify your actions. The verdict stays the same for now. However, I will review this at a future date with broader group of people involved.
