Hello Herver, I hope your day has been going well.

You were banned by myself for "RDM & Leave" and as your writing in the "Why You Should Be Unbanned Section" states you were banned for leaving after throwing an incend grenade. You threw a incend grenade only twelve seconds into the round. As you can see below you damaged and killed another player with said grenade. Seeing as you had no legitimate reason to throw it you were given a slay. After the slay was received you left the server requiring me to ban you for your "First Offence of RDM & Leave".

Seeing as this is your "First Offence" and seeing as you show regret for your actions, I will be unbanning you shortly. However I will not be voiding this ban, meaning that the next time you leave during a slay, you will be banned for 2 weeks and a high probably of a denial of that appeal. I would also like to mention that you should be more careful with your grenades in the future, for they can easily led to a "Mass RDM" ban. With as this being said I wish you luck in your continued gaming on this server.

I would like to tag my admin @ThatBox just in case he feels that I have been unwise in this ban appeal. If he deems this to be true, I ask that he alert me to the course of action, I must undergo.
