I didn't rdm and leave. I was already slain for rdm (I still don't even believe I deserved a slay the guy I killed was clearly trying to propkill) and there were 0 open cases on me at the time that I left.​

Firstly, I would like to say that you did indeed leave while slain, as shown here:

Please keep in mind that you have to stay the WHOLE ROUND that you are slain, otherwise it will count as RDM and Leave.

Remember, for this to be traitorous, he would have to throw the prop at a high velocity in the direction of players. The death scene does not show this.
