Here was the scenario. I was a detective. There were a few bodies scattered around underground and I was searching them for DNA. I checked a T body and it didn't immediatly show it had DNA. (Iggins claimed he killed them and wanted me to prove him). I the recieved the message from Grandpa Rick saying that there was DNA on the body even though he was dead. Because of the DNA, I was able to realize that Iggins was lying and was able to KOS him.

Schnitzel was on at the time and I reported it to him, but there was either insuffiecient evedince for him to feel comfortable with banning him or just failed to acknoledge my report.

 

I warned him right before getting off and threatened a ban for next time. Sorry i didn't tell you what happened and what I decided but I had to get off quickly for home reasons.

 

The player was warned by @Schnitzel and notified that what he did was considered ghosting.
