I was watching this when it happened, I was fspec and you shot someone that hadn't killed anyone and that wasn't near an unID'd body.
You left soon after killing that person so you didn't respond to your report and didn't come back.

Considering this is your 5th RDM & leave offense, I don't particularly believe you.
