Why you should be unbanned:

I had r'dmed a innocent in a ttt round (which was a genuine accident, the player that I killed lagged out and burned in a incendiary grenade I stupidly threw) and replied to a report & said I am guilty and should be slain....
I had waited many rounds to get slain but I never did, I didn't want to leave because I knew I would get banned for Rdm & LTAP.
about 40 minutes later I still had not been slain so I thought it would be ok to leave. The next morning I have a ban, I had messaged the admin to suggest I should be slain for what I did but I did not get slain. I would appreciate it if you looked into further into this, I just don't feel I deserve a 14 day ban for what happened

Thank you for taking the time to write this Report. The Moderator @Beard Core banned you on the EU server for your 2nd Offence of RDM and Leave. Hopefully he can explain what happened with that Ban and why you got it.

Hello Fyuff, sorry to see you on the forums. On the 3rd round of Minecraft B5 you Rdmd an innocent however you did not respond right away. At the end of round 4 I had forced a response from you since it was more then a round after your report. You responded saying you did rdm and should be slain. I attempted to issue the slay after finishing up other reports I received while waiting on a response but you were gone at the time. I understand you can feel that it had been a long time but while staffing alone there sometimes can be a flood of reports to handle. I am fine with you coming back and serving the slay especially since you did admit to it. But this is your 2nd case of rdm and leave. Throwing a grenade randomly as an innocent is not good behavior and you need to realize you are held accountable for damage you cause.

I will accept the appeal but make sure to realize that I am not voiding out the Rdm And Leave 2nd. So if you happen to rdm and then leave on our servers again the punishment will be for 4 weeks. I hope you take this as a lesson and make sure to Ask staff using @ if you are OK to leave the server before doing so. You can ask a staff member every time you leave so there is no way you will receive your third, just a suggestion. Thank you and play safe!
