    Evidence of Innocence:
    I don't have evidence for a crime that never happend.
    I don't even understand how I was mic spamming. I was just talking like I did a few hours ago when other staff were on.​

    I understand the gag and the rgag. Without a doubt those were justified. I am not sure what I did after that justified a 8 hour ban. I can't recall mic spamming after the rgag.

    As you can see here you decided to get very loud, practically screaming into your mic. I gagged you for that reason then was told you were already gagged and rgagged and it seemed obvious to me that you decided to continue on with this behavior.
    I will Unban you but the ban will not be voided
