I don't know if I believe you or not. You have no real evidence that it was your friend. You have also RDM and left 3 times already.

 

If you can provide some evidence, then I would see that your appeal could be accepted. But, like I said, you have no evidence.

Considering the fact that you have a Karma ban on that list, as well. I would guess that you are a constant RDMer; even when there is no staff online. I'm guessing, unless you can provide some sort of evidence, you will be waiting out your bans on all the servers for 8 weeks. Please consider changing your play style.
