Erm not really sure why i have been banned in the first place?​

I cant recall this.
I was playing last night then i went away to watch the second half of Newcastle United FC Vs. Manchester City FC. After the match finished i never checked my GMod, i just shut it down. perhaps i was due for a slay but i would have been forced to spectate mode and should have served any slay in the period of 45 minutes if one was active.
