FRC Robotics Competition!

Hello SGM!
I want to welcome you to FRC, you may have heard of this maybe not, but it is a highschool robotics competition wherein the team creates their robot to best complete their goal of the problem.


This year, the problem is minorly inspired by Monty Python and the holy grail.

I want to invite you all to watch it! The whole competition with over 100 regional competitions, with people around the world, is all live streamed on a site to where you are able to watch multiple streams at once. I'll be at this regional link.

UPDATE!!

We had out first practice round making about 35 points out of the 50 something out alliance got, even with a defective team/bot.

Looks promising, team is hopeful!

We won a 3v1 in practice rounds, 60-50,
We are absolutely ecstatic. Things are looking good.

UPDATE V3
Final update for today, we were facing the dream team when our biggest worry broke during autonomous. The other big worry smashed it disabling it. Probably our luckiest thing to happen. It is usually able to make 2 high goal shots in autonomous, which is 40 points, usually what half of the matches would reach so far.
We won by about 30 points.

Talk about this tomorrow hopefully with more phone batter than 3%. -_-

Quick update no cool colors.

We won our first qualification match, and are ranked 5th tied with 4th.
Would be 3rd if our alliance didn't smash us while shooting.

We are above the high rollers aka team 987 one of the OG.

 

We just won our second qualification match we are ranked 7th, from 5 things are looking good, our auto is going ok but we need to make our shot.

We may have lost in quarterfinals, but holy shit we gave a fight in defense, with 0 penalty points given to the other team.
