make it do the person who made a thread on here can delete it if they want to

 

You can delete your own posts. There is a delete option at the bottom of the post; it's by the report and edit options.

 

no no i mean like the person who made a thread like i started this thread were i asked if you could do that so we can delete the thread after we are done with it

 

No, you can't delete threads with everyone else's messages. Only admins and above can delete entire threads and messages that do not belong to them.
