To be started I was aggressively addressed by Nyra about a pic that was clearly within rules at the beginning of this debaucle now the issue at had was like I said a spray then after already seen my profile not said a word today they decide to chime in on my profile pic which everyone else on the server said was weird but not innappropriate. Now I feel they have a vendetta against me as when I requested a admin to verify this, which I clearly said I would be happy to change it if one did and it would all be resolved peacefully as I felt attacked on this and still stand by my statement if a admin asks me to change it I will happily no fuss no muss, they immediately said no they will not they do not have to. So after repeatedly asking for an admin to settle this and them threatening ban because they felt I was trolling I left and went to a different server and asked @Peach they agreed was not a problem over voice and then when map changed on the other server I see that Nyra sought me out and banned me now this shows vindictivness and hostility to me and would have netted me trouble back when I moderated. And @Falcor can and did attest on west that I have had this pic since I moderated myself on here and no one had a single problem. However at the request of @Husky I have changed it as per what I stated to them​

Alright, now focus on that "weird" part. People were speaking up about the picture being suggestive and strange to them when you asked, and that's just the people speaking up. People don't have to say they don't like something or aren't comfortable with something to not be, and borderline furry porn is going to be relatively unwelcome by some people, those're the people I'm trying to be considerate of when I ask for pictures like that to be removed or changed. You've been really intent about showing suggestive art since you got back even after warnings, so at that point I'm going to stop beating around the bush and tell you you are doing something wrong. You ignored me when I did, and rather than listen to the request I made which I feel is pretty reasonable and easy enough, you left for another server without doing anything. I'm afraid the warning didn't go away when you left and trying to dodge it kind of sealed the deal. That in mind, your appeal's denied. You're free to use the other servers in the meantime.
