Why you should be unbanned:

After being awake for 13 hours, drinking and then playing TTT for another 5 or 6 hours, I got really tired and made a dumb mistake. I scanned a Traitor body not noticing that it was a T, and the DNA led me to his killer (which obv is a proven inno person). And I killed that person.

I then said sorry to the guy (I forget his steam name but it had YUNG in it), and he said alright don't worry about it and then left the server. I asked for a slay from the two mods who were online on east2 when this happened.

They did not reply back to me (probably were too busy focusing on the game). So I left the server to go get a shower and grab lunch because I realized I was too tired to play the game properly at that point.

I think the reason why the mods never noticed our conversation is because me and YUNG were both dead and the two mods were both alive during it.

Also I played in a couple days enough to get 3500+ points, I am clearly not a RDMer who just pops in and shoots people for a giggle and then leave.

I fully believe this was just a misunderstanding because the mods never saw me and YUNG conversation, and assumed I was trying to avoid a slay (when really just too tired to play any more). I would had gladly taken a slay and served it out no problem.

I have served two or three slays before no problem. I just had no idea the mods couldn't read me and YUNG conversation because we were dead and they weren't. It never occurred to me (probably because of how tired I was). So when I didn't get a reply from the mods (who couldn't read the dead chat), I just assumed they didn't care or were too busy to deal with it. That was wrong but once again, I can not stress how tired I was by the point I logged out. I usually bing on TTT until I pass out or everyone else logs off.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I know for a fact that the chat logs of that match will prove my innocent and if I could be provided with the steam name of the YUNG guy, (there were more characters in his name that I do not remember).

I know for a fact that he would back up my story. We played together quite a bit that night/day and he said he understood when I explained that I was sorry and just really tired.

The mod who banned me was a mod I hadn't seen before, so he had no idea if I was someone who been playing for tons of hours on the server (ask Raven, he can say for sure that I was always on in the past few days.) or just some rude RDMer that just joined for the first time.

I do remember you and I having a conversation about your slay and you explaining to me.

As I do remember our conversation I also recall when I banned you making a note to myself for if you made an appeal! You will be unbanned when I can get to my computer.
