Why should you be unbanned: We were playing on dolls and there was 4 traitors left vs 1 innocent, me being one of the traitors called over traitor chat saying I was going to tell him he was the last innocent. I did not hear any arguing of my request to tell him since it was extremely unfair 4v1, so I told the inno. After it was called out, the innocent ended up killing us all and winning the round which in my mind was fair that he had the skill to beat us all. My fellow traitors started complaining then that I called them out, and I told them that they had the full right to deny that claim that they were not traitors and that guy was the last innocent left. I have heard before that you have the full right to deny the claim and that innocent can't kill all of you, if I was wrong, then I was wrong and I will serve my ban but I feel that it was only making the game more fair.

It is true that you can tell am innocent they are the last innocent, but only if you receive consent from all living traitor buddies that it is okay for you to do so.

If you didn't hear anything, that is not consent, so you should have asked again, either in chat or via mic until you receive consent.

Because you did not wait for consent, you were simply held responsible for causing their deaths.

No answer is not the same as giving consent.

 

Hello mike, I banned you after getting the opinion of Black Rabbit and Tsu that since every one of your t buddies said that you did it without their permission, that it could have been considered ghosting, but mass rdm is what black rabbit and I thought the ban was more appropriate for, since you got 3 of them killed, which is your fault for telling the inno before you got permission. You were not disrespectful in any way to us, and you have a good record, so your ban appeal will be accepted.
Just keep in mind that before you inform the last inno that he is indeed the last inno, make sure you have consent from ALL of the T's remaining.
