Why you should be unbanned:

in one map i was a detective and i had DNA on someone lying right beside another alive guy,so i killed him by mistake,i told the guy"mrchoow" that i am sorry and i will slay myself (since there wasn't an Admin or a Mod),he said no so i didn't,the round after that i KOSed him mistakenly cuz i thought he threw a nade at some innos,he was an inno too,in the same round i killed myself as a slay to punish myself,then the next round i spectated as a slay and i made sure everybody knew,the round after that a mod came (Thistle) and he slayed me although i made sure he knew that i punished myself since there was no mod and that the guy didn't agree with me on killing myself,i let it go,on the next map at the starting of the round i was at the T tester,i saw someone break something at the vents (where the tester is supposed to be),so i KOSed him and killed him,i didn't realise that the T tester was broken before the round even began cuz it's the beginning of the round and i thought that no one would break it before the round starts,Thistle slayed me for 2 rounds,when i tried to understand from him what happened,another guy was speaking and kept insulting me,i rage quit cuz it was so frustrating since there was no way i could have known that the broken parts that fell from the vents wasn't the tester's parts since there's no difference between what it looks like when the tester breaks and when the vent's seal breaks,i then rage quit since there was too much insults thrown at me,i am not known for RDMing and if i am gonna RDM someone i don't think that i will KOS ,him for something he didn't do infront of other players,i know i wrote a big post but i had to mention everything ​

the Mod(thistle) broke the T tester himself before the round started from the inside.​

Alright. Firstly, I joined in towards to end of the map to a quite a few reports as it was late in the game. Then I came across one on you

I had a scour through the logs and I noticed that in that round, you did not receive DNA on mr. choow at any point. The only DNA you had was on Redeye, so I issued a slay for this.

I understand that you were annoyed at the fact that you said you had already punished yourself by killing yourself. I, however, cannot accept self-punishment as a viable reason not to slay you when I am handling reports.
That was the first offense of RDM. Moving onto the second, we were playing on 67th way, I had destroyed the tester pre-round. Half way through the round you had claimed that someone else had destroyed the tester and killed them for it. This instantly raised my suspicion. This can be seen in the below video.

The video shows me breaking the tester then later in the round you accusing someone else of it. Obviously this would have been impossible. Then the report came in on you.

In a usual situation, this report would have winded up having no action taken on it due to it being extremely hard to see weather the player did break the tester or not. But since I knew I broke the tester and was recording at the time, I knew that the player didn't break the tester and issued the second offense for RDM, which is two slays.

You were upset with the fact you were being slain for this and were adamant that you seen the guy break the tester, I tried explaining the situation numerous times and in the end you turned quite volatile and offensive.. Then you left!

I waited a good round for you to come back, and you didn't. So I issued the ban for your second offense of RDM and leave.

Looking at the evidence I have, it's two clear cut cases of RDM. However, I understand you were annoyed at the time. I am a big believer in change, I am willing to unban you but I will not be voiding the ban, this means that if you are banned again within 3 months for RDM and Leave, it will be your third offense and for a longer time period. I massively suggest you take more attention to situations where you have DNA, and always ensure that you physically see someone commit Traitorous acts before you act on them again in future to avoid situations like this.

I still want you to serve the two slays for me too, since you didn't receive the punishment for your wrong doings. I will add you on steam to arrange this.
