False rdm reporting

Hey, so I was banned for 5 days from Serious TTT east and I didn't do anything. I accidentally killed a T buddy but I even warned him before doing it. He said that I jihad'd him on purpose which is a lie. Also I even warned him before jihading but yet he still filed the report and then I had to go to bed so that was my final round. Since it was my final round I wanted to go out with a bang and once that bang ended I got off so I was banned for a false rdm report causing a rdm & leave.
I really don't think I should be banned for that but I was. So I would please appreciate it if someone checks into this.

banned for suposedly ghosting

I was talking to ski ski saying that once I become a T that I would kill him first for rdming me (which I will make a different forum for this) and I wasn't really paying attention and I died so he asked me if I was dead so I said "Ya". I don't really think thet that would be ghosting so that's why I said it.
I would really appreciate it if someone checks into this, because I don't think that I should be banned for 4 weeks for this.

Getting rdm'd and nothing happening

I said I would be back... Next thing I know when I come back I was dead. The reason why I was killed was for being next to a unidentified body which when I left there was none. So I filed a rdm report on him (ski ski) nothing was done about it because it would be breaking the rules. I don't believe that but the mod said it would be breaking the rule of Traitorous act:

I know that not rdming him would also be breaking a rule of if you rdm you will get slayed for 1 round and this is the only reason why I would be talking to him, because of talking to him I was killed while typing .Then I got banned for 28 days.

Only have to say it once guys - If he doesn't do it then he's not serious about an appeal.
Judging by what he said up front I don't think that he should be banned..
