Hey Fabian,

You were banned for the following report against you:

This is an obvious RDM, and you even admitted to wrongfully kill Takaros.

Once I finished investigating your report, I issued a slay to you. However, about a minute later, you left the server - before serving your slay. All this can be seen in the following screenshot:

Due to this, I have banned you for RDM and Leave.

Now, as for your bans: This is your 3rd offense. You were previously banned on 8/20/16 for first offense, and then on 9/9/16 for second offense. Thus, this here is your third offense of RDM and Leave.
Due to all this, and due to my previous experiences with you, it's obvious that you do not pay much attention to the RDM and Leave rule. If after two bans you continue to ignore the server rules, I see no reason to unban you.
Therefore, I am DENYING your appeal. Please be more careful next time to avoid any additional unnecessary issues and bans.
