Extended Rules Addition.

Under the detective equipment radar rules, add some clearly stated statement based on https://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/can-you-kill-off-of-a-radar.20015/ to help prevent future confusion.

+1 I thought there used to be a rule in there saying you could kill off of the last radar blip

 

There is a rule in them under the evidence for finding traitors bit.

I guess the way that I always interpreted the last two bullet points was "one blip = death." I could see how it could be confusing for new players, though. Maybe @CDriscoll could elaborate on that last bullet point (While he's at it, maybe he could define loopholing).
